At the Institute of Lifestyle and Weight Management, we believe in paying the utmost attention to detail—and it shows. From the decision to locate our facility in the Raleigh Medical Center to an inch of rubber under all of our hardwood floors, after one visit to ILWM, you’ll know why we are different.

Location

The Institute of Lifestyle and Weight Management is strategically located in the heart of the greater Raleigh area convenient to I-440 and I-40. When you visit ILWM, you will see that while our location is at the corner of a well-known intersection (Edwards Mill Road and Duraleigh Road), it offers a private parking lot hidden from the road that allows our members to enter our facility without others knowing that they are there. In our gym, you can look out and enjoy the view of a beautiful Raleigh day while taking comfort in the fact that others cannot look in and see you exercising.

If a member should need immediate medical care that only a hospital can provide, we are located within a football field’s length of Rex Hospital.
