The Worksite Wellness Academy Education, Training & DevelopmentILWM's Worksite Wellness Center (WWC) offers education and training for employers through the Worksite Wellness Academy. These educational services target those key stakeholders in both small and large organizations involved in the management and delivery of health benefits and worksite wellness. A WWC curriculum is created from both internal signature processes and external sources of best practice. Offerings focus on the four key therapeutic targets driving healthcare costs today: obesity and its related conditions, poor eating habits, physical inactivity, and tobacco dependency. These workshops can be offered at ILWM or on site.
